2.12.26 General Meeting

Treasurer's Report as of 1/31/2026

The beginning balance as of 1/1/2026 is $58,061. Total income is $5,098, total expenses are $4,412, and outstanding checks are $2,456. The ending balance is $58,747 as of 1/31/2026.  

2.12.26 Proposed Budget Amendments

1. The executive board moves to change the “Red Ribbon Week” expense line item to “Back to School Events”.

2. The executive board moves to move $270 from Eagle Roundup expense line item to the Change Wars expense line item, and $577 from Eagle Roundup expense to Red Ribbon Week expense (or Back to School Events).

3. The executive board moves to rename the Bank/Cheddarup Fees expense line to Bank and Online Subscriptions, and increase the line item by $100 to cover an Amazon Prime Business Account for tax exempt purchases. 

4. The executive board moves to add an income and expense line item names Mahjong Tournament, including $10,000 for income and $5000 for expense.
