ROOM PARENT GUIDELINES

Each classroom can be reimbursed $100 from PTA. Reimbursement Form must be submitted before the end of April.

Locate your teacher's favorite things and share with your class!

The “Boo Buddy” will deliver goodies to the classroom on 

Oct 30.  As room parent you can be the Boo Buddy or recruit other parents to help.  Grade Level Captains will coordinate with the lead teacher on what types of gifts are best, when a good delivery time is and how many students are in the class. All classes in your grade level should be giving out the same items.

Themes:

Pre-K: Snowmen

K: Milk & Cookies

1st: Candyland

2nd: Arctic Animals

3rd: Polar Express

4th: TX

5th: Argyle 

Tree decorating: TBD

Tree take down: TBD

Grade Level Room Parent Captains should meet with the teachers at least two weeks before the scheduled party date to determine the teachers’ wishes for the parties (food, games, decorations, crafts, activities, etc.).  Please respect the teachers’ wishes, even if it’s not exactly what you had in mind.

May 3-7, 2027

The Hospitality Committee will provide a letter explaining the week’s activities.  Your job is to get this information out to the classroom parents.
